Ah! The Phoenix one of the project closest to our heart. This 1060 sq ft restaurant is hidden among the busiest street of Thapagaun, Anamnagar behind a huge concrete building.

Four young entrepreneurs had a dream to open a restaurant: small budget, good ambience and quick
construction were the fundamentals we were working with. The team promptly adapted the metal
structure. Three sides of the site were already covered with building, a single standing metal column
with large cantilever roof at the front was the striking element of the concept. A different ambience was
attempted by using fabric ceiling and a small atrium at the center.

Wind load was triggering factor for this 10 feet long cantilever, in CGI sheet roofing. Thus, designed truss
member and a heavy mass adjoin to main pillar above the roof helped to counteract the dynamic
loading of win. And the final product satisfied our fundamental requirement.
