Project Overview

This modern multi-story residential building features a brick net design pattern on the left facade,
creating a striking visual effect while also contributing to light and shadow play throughout the
day. The architectural design incorporates a double wall system, which enhances both aesthetic
appeal and functionality.

The strategically positioned double wall system improves thermal insulation, helping to maintain
a comfortable indoor ambient temperature by reducing heat gain in warm weather and heat loss
in cooler conditions. The combination of materials, including exposed brick, smooth concrete,
and glass, balances contemporary elegance with practical energy efficiency.

Additionally, the large glass windows and balconies optimize natural light and ventilation, while
greenery integrated into the design further enhances the building’s sustainability and visual
appeal. This thoughtful design merges modern luxury with passive climate control strategies,
